An Iconic apartment located in traditional Koukaki. Visitors have in their grasp the Acropolis, the most significant Greek Landmark. In less than 100 meters visitors can find the Acropolis Museum and the Metro station that can lead around Athens. A quiet neighbourhood but only 5 minutes away from the fun area of Plaka, where traditional taverns and bars add some colourful fun in the heart of Athens.

Great location, amazing view, responsive host

This apartment was everything we could have asked for; the neighborhood was cute and very walkable to local sights (Acropolis and Acropolis Museum) and other cute neighborhoods (Plaka and Monastiraki). The apartment itself had an UNBELIEVABLE view of the acropolis… it was clean, well stocked and comfortable. There was a reliable lift in the building so you don’t need to worry about lugging your bags upstairs. And finally, the host was responsive, informative and easy to work with. Great great place to stay when visiting Athens!

Location is WOW

Amazing location! The property is clean and has all you need! The host is wonderful! We are very happy. Will come back again. Downstairs is the small convenient store and the guy who runs it ( Semion) also runs a travel agency. Highly recommending if you want to go island hoping.

Think about doing everything you ever wanted to do in athens without having to drive. We booked tour guides for this holiday and they were all able to get us right in front of the apartment. This was a wonderful vacation.It was perfect i.everyway

Fantastic view

This apartment was close to everything. Restaurants, shopping the Acropolis. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beauty of the Acropolis in the evening. Owner was very easy to contact when or if needed

Loved It !

Apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable, and had everything for an extended stay. Fantastic view, from the windows and balcony (I used it a lot). A/C was a must and worked flawlessly. Solid wifi. 3rd floor with lift. Short walk to Acropolis, Museum and Plaka. 1-2 km to Exarchia graffiti art, X95 bus to airport. Fantastic bakery, cafe, bar and burger joint all around the corner. Attentive, welcoming host. Check-in to check-out was clear and easy, and helpful information. Highly recommend. Thank you George, et al.

Great location!

We stayed in this great apartment after getting off a cruise ship early morning. The host was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful in telling us that there was a luggage storage locker just a few doors down. We utilized that so that we could go to the Acropolis before the apartment was ready. It was very clean, neat and had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat as it is just steps away from the Plakas area and the Acropolis. Lots of shopping and food choices. The room has a view of the Acropolis and it was stunning to look at in the evening and in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!

A few days in Athens

A charming neighborhood just steps away from the hustle and bustle of the Acropolis, but miles away in its feeling. Loads of local neighborhood spots and charming coffee houses just outside the door. Clean and comfortable with a balcony and view of the Acropolis that is lit up at night in the most spectacular way. Thanks for a magical three days – will be back!

Amazing Gem very close to EVERYTHING

George contacted me long before our arrival and sent me photos of the location and the lockbox for the key. A quick elevator ride to the apartment and I was wowed! You could literally reach out and touch the Acropolis. The apartment was modern spacious and well equipped. The location was within walking distance of anything you would want to do. There is a metro station and the stop for the hop on hop off bus tour. There are plenty of restraints and coffee shops near by. There are a few laundromats nearby so that isn’t an issue either. Grocery stores and pharmacies are within 5 minutes walk too! You will not regret booking here!
