Βρίσκεται σε ένα νεοκλασικό κτίριο της δεκαετίας του 1930, ακριβώς μπροστά από το Ναό του Ολυμπίου Διός, αυτή η αριστοκρατικά πλήρως ανακαινισμένη κατοικία αποτελεί εξαιρετική επιλογή για την επόμενη διαμονή σας στην Αθήνα.

Σε απόσταση μικρότερη από 50 μέτρα από τον πεζόδρομο οδηγούν σε όλες τις σημαντικές επισκέψεις του Αθηναίου, όπως το Μουσείο της Ακρόπολης (3 λεπτά με τα πόδια), η Ακρόπολη και ο Παρθενώνας (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια) και η Αρχαία και Ρωμαϊκή Αγορά. Plaka (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια), αυτό το εντυπωσιακό και ευρύχωρο 3 υπνοδωμάτιο / 2. 5 μαρμάρινα κοσμήματα κατοικιών διαθέτει επίσης ένα καθιστικό με μετατρέψιμο μεγάλο καναπέ-κρεβάτι με ένα πλήρες στρώμα, ψηλές οροφές, και ξύλινα πατώματα. Ένα απόλυτα άνετο σπίτι για δύο μέχρι και οκτώ επισκέπτες.

Τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι το καθένα και το τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, όλα με αμερικανικά εισαγόμενα στρώματα και επιπλωμένα με υψηλής ποιότητας σεντόνια και μαξιλάρια για την απόλυτη εμπειρία ύπνου. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν μεγάλες έξυπνες τηλεοράσεις, ατομικό στερεοφωνικό σύστημα με θύρες USB και άφθονο χώρο ντουλάπας. Το καθιστικό διαθέτει δύο άνετους καναπέδες-κρεβάτια, ένα από τα οποία μετατρέπεται σε ένα επιπλέον άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι που κάνει αυτό το σπίτι κατάλληλο για οκτώ επισκέπτες. Και μια μεγάλη έξυπνη τηλεόραση με σύστημα ήχου surround. Και τα δύο δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια και το σαλόνι έχουν υπέροχη θέα στον αρχαίο ναό του Δία.
Η κατοικία διαθέτει επίσης πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φούρνο, φούρνο, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, πλυντήριο πιάτων, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα Nespresso, τσαγιέρα με δωρεάν αγγλικό τσάι, καφετιέρα φίλτρου, βραστήρα και τοστιέρα. Υπάρχει ξεχωριστό δωμάτιο υπηρεσίας εξοπλισμένο με πλυντήριο ρούχων, σίδερο και τραπέζι σιδερώματος και χώρο αποθήκευσης αποσκευών. Τα μπάνια είναι εξοπλισμένα με πετσέτες, σαπούνια, σαμπουάν, κλιματιστικά, πηκτές ντους και δύο στεγνωτήρια. Η τραπεζαρία μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 10 άτομα για ένα πλήρες γεύμα. Το σπίτι έχει κεντρική θέρμανση κατά τους χειμερινούς μήνες και είναι εξοπλισμένο με κλιματιστικά για το καλοκαίρι.

Absolutely wonderful!

What a great place to stay while in Athens! Six of us stayed very comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, stylishly decorated and in a fabulous location. We had a water leak in the utility room and called to inform the management. It was addressed very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

Amazing property in the heart of Athens

Not only this apartment is an amazing location but everything you see on the picture is as it is. Clean and they have great communication. Super Location!

The location of this property was exceptional. All things were great about this place. Only downside was that one of the showers only had cold water which was a bummer!! There were seven of us so we all had to share one shower due to the water temperature. Besides that, a great stay!

Perfect Location with a little bit of Roaches

The apartment is perfect for getting around Athens and seeing the ruins. Not all the air conditioners worked that well so some rooms were cooler than others. We were also there in a heat wave. In the morning when you go into the kitchen and turn on the lights tons of roaches scattered so kept the bags high. Great transportation from the company and very reliable.

Amazing location!

Location is good. Surprisingly quiet given that it's on a busy road. Has all of the basics that you'll need. Comfy beds. Stayed nice and cool on a hot day. Water temp in the showers is sensitive so be careful you don't get it too hot.

Perfect Athens Location

This apartment is perfectly located for anyone who wants to visit Athens' historic sites. It's minutes from the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Plaka and Agora, across the street from the Temple of Zeus, and convenient to many restaurants, bars, and shops. It is exceptionally well-appointed, modern, and super clean. We had two couples, one with their adult son and adult brother. The apartment was just right for us - plenty of space for gathering around the large dining table or in the large living room, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, and privacy when we needed it. The kitchen is quite small but was adequate for us as we didn't cook meals there (just breakfast). Visitors should know that the apartment is on the second floor of a building that's on a major street and intersection, so there was quite a bit of street noise. City dwellers probably won't notice the noise, but we suburban folks were bothered by it. Our only complaint was a persistent odor of exhaust fumes. It was overwhelming at times and hard to ignore. We came back to this apartment a second time during our vacation in Greece and recommend it to others. In short: great location and terrific apartment at a very reasonable price.

Great experience for a group that needed a place to stay & quickly explore Athens before cruise. Arranged transportation from airport & to port the next day took a lot of the angst out of arriving & getting around in an unknown city. The apartment was immaculate & exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Space for more with the pull out sofa which we didn’t need. A block away from great restaurants & easy walk to Acropolis. If I’m back in the area would definitely use this listing again. Greek hospitality at its finest

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience renting an apartment from Bill and John. John and his entire staff went above and beyond to make our entire stay lovely. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed. The place was sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great (summers in Greece are hot, so it was nice to have a cool room to sleep in), and the location was perfect. Our family of 7 stayed here for a couple of days while in Athens. This place was beautiful and the view was great. Beyond that, the service was amazing. The property managers were immediately attentive to any questions we had. We loved the location, close walking distance to everything. Very convenient

We really appreciated our stay. The location was perfect, very central, able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The host made the arrangements very simple including transfers to/from the airport. So many options for restaurants within walking distance. It was awesome to go to the rooftop bar next door with Acropolis and Temple of Zeus views and finish the day with a good drink. The listing and pictures are accurate and exactly what we expected.

Family vacation

We loved our stay. This 3 bedroom apartment was lovely. It had plenty of room and was well located. We were able to literally walk everywhere in Athens within 15 minutes. It was very close to shops and restaurants. I would say my only complaint is when I booked it it clearly looked like from the apartment we had a lovely view of the Acropolis and we didn't. We had a view of the street. I think the apartments on the upper floors did have that view. So that was just a bit misleading to me, those pictures should be removed. But the place was great, service was wonderful. We were able to store our luggage on the front and back end of our stay and they helped arrange for transporation for us and gave us the most amazing list of restaurants!!! use their list, we had the best chinese food one night. Thank you for an awesome stay!!! I would absolutely rent this place again.
