Unfortunately the property is very badly managed, with no contact or organisation at all. They do not contact you to establish a check in time or give instructions for checking in. There is no lock box so no way of accessing the property after a certain time. PLEASE BE AWARE, if you are running late, you will be refused access and offered no help. We were delayed and when we rang them they just told us to find somewhere else to stay. They gave no advice, no suggestions for hotels, nothing. So my elderly mother and I were left on our own in a foreign city late at night trying to find somewhere to stay, which was awful.
There are multiple other examples of disorganisation. They tell you to pay extra fees at the property that are not mentioned when you book. They do not contact you to arrange check out - again that is left to the guest to arrange. There is no extra toilet roll available. The owner's husband said he would come on other days but we never saw him again. Etc. It's just a complete mess sadly.
And when I tried to speak to the owner about our concerns she was VERY rude and just shouted over me instead of listening to anything I said.
I have stayed in a lot of places and never experienced this total lack of contact/ organisation before, so although the apartment is in a good location I strongly recommend staying somewhere else where they run the property properly.
