This brand new apartment is a bright and beautiful oasis in downtown Athens just across the street from a trio of leafy-green parks. It's also a 7-minute walk from the Athens Music Hall, 1,800 feet from the Museum of Cycladic Art, a 10-minute walk from Lycabettus Hill, and a 12-minute walk from Zappion, the national gardens of Greece. The airport is just 11 miles away! But besides its appealing central location, the apartment itself offers an attractive and comfortable stay for its guests!

This elegant and luxurious apartment is brand new! Be prepared to be wooed. The owners spared no attention to detail - especially the quality and guests' comfort. The ground floor apartment accommodates four guests.

The stylish and well-appointed bedroom's soothing colors create a sense of calm. The double/queen bed with quality linens accommodates two guests. There is storage space for your belongings. Open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to access your private balcony, which is bordered by a lush tropical garden. The living room's comfy sofa bed accommodates two more guests.

The cozy bathroom is floor to ceiling natural stone highlighted by sleek modern features including a nice glass shower.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas (actually, the entire apartment) could be an interior designer's dream! Everything is delightfully sleek and stylish, laid out as an open floor plan for a roomy feel. Everything is brand new.

The kitchen is stunning with its fabulous cabinetry. It is fully equipped so that guests can cook as much as they like during their stay. Again, everything is brand new! The appliances are full-sized, and you'll find conveniences such as a coffee maker, oven, stove, refrigerator, dining table, and all the utensils and cutlery needed.

Additional features of this fantastic apartment include air conditioning, heating, WiFi throughout, free nearby parking, flat-screen television, towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and toilet paper. Of course, the apartment's central location and the fact that it's brand new are two of its most desirable features!

Never stayed!!!

We were booked into a different property which had plumbing issues. When we realized where they were putting us, it was much further from the attractions we were planning on doing when we arrive back from Santorini. We contacted the property owner to find out how far from the Metro, the new property was, she stated a short walk. After we googled the direction, the walk would’ve been 45 minutes to an hour with luggage. We contacted the property owner again. She stated that there were bus and taxis available to get us from the Metro stop to the property we feel she let us on about the location and the accessibility to the attractions we wanted to go to. She has refused a refund for this issue.
