"Firstly :
The access card during I was in that hotel never worked properly , I had to activate cards all time and the distance from my room to lobby takes me long time and they knew that I had a surgery
The room was full of mosquitos
One of the most embarrassing moment was when the staff several times asked me if I was guest or so because I looked different, one day I was at sofa and one them asked me what I was doing there "

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which has been recently renovated and is in great condition. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The only drawback is the access to the beach. It requires a relatively long walk, exposed to the sun, and involves crossing a bridge and using an elevator, this may not be convenient for everyone."

"The stay was lovely. The staff were excellent and met all our needs and gave us all we asked for.Saeed and Nour were very friendly and up to to point in everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in the family superior suit.
The food had a variety and the pool and beach were clean. The kids loved their stay and would love to come again. "

"الفندق جميل والغرفه معقوله مش احسن حاجه لكن معقوله البحر رائع ومنطقة الفندق كبيره والمطعم والاكل معقول مفيش تنوع لكن عادي يحقق الغرض الريزورت حلو ومكانه جميل ونظيف والرحله كانت جميله وهاديه وموظف الاستقبال لطيف وبشوش الوجه بس للاسف رغم اني وصلت بدري شويه تقريبا الساعه 21.30 لكن تم التسكين الساعه 2 تقريبا.. واشكركم على حسن الاستضافه "
