No parties allowed. If there are any undisclosed people, it will be a $200 charge per person. ALL hours are quiet hours, especially after 8:00 p.m.
All smoking is to occur outside, away from doors or windows, and refrain from littering. There is a $250 smoking fee if this is not abided by.
Check-in 4 pm. Check-out 10 am. If available, we can accommodate other times upon request. A $50 fee will be added to your stay for this service.

Peaceful spot

The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was peaceful drinking my morning coffee on the dock. The house is very well stocked and even has a crockpot and blender, which I don't always see in a rental. I was a little bummed I couldn't find the coffee grinder that was listed on the amenities, but it was no big deal since the house had both drip and Keurig coffee makers (some Kcups provided!) The house was clean. If I visit the area again, I will stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable

The house was clean, and the host was answered to our questions every time that we have one the only thing that was missing that I didn’t find it was washing machine and dryer machine, but beside that everything was there, including games for kids smart TV with Internet, kitchen supply and all the good stuff

Relaxation on the river

Great location, plenty of room for guests , great place for family and kids to fish or hang around and play games. The only critique I would have would be a few more utensils/ cooking pans in the kitchen & maybe a grill of some kind for grilling out. Loved it and we’ll hopefully be back for another stay.
