La Sentinella. Chalet on the hills of Assisi with swimming pool and nature park

At an altitude of 400 metres in the hills around Assisi, 'La Sentinella' overlooks the valley, framed by meadows, fruit and olive trees, cypresses, lime trees and ancient roses, offering a fairytale view. The property consists of a historic farmhouse, a small 17th-century tower, a park of almost two hectares and an outdoor swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the valley, which can be used from June to early September. The pool (8m x 4m) ensures unique privacy and is equipped with a table, deck chairs, sun loungers, shower and refrigerator,
5 minutes drive away is the nearest village, Palazzo di Assisi, a hamlet with a medieval castle, with a pharmacy, bar, bakery, supermarket and an excellent butcher's shop: there is also a centre for the sale of prized truffles. We are 10 minutes from Assisi.
In winter, the house is heated by radiators, wood stoves and fireplaces.
La Sentinella is equipped for families, even with children, with games, some pastimes and suitable equipment. In the courtyard outside you can enjoy your lunches and dinners under the vine pergola, where you will find a large table and a barbecue.
