"This was a fun, unique overnight site. The caboose was roomier than expected and very comfortable. It's design and decor were on point in keeping with a train line theme. Although quite compact, the kitchenette was well stocked. Our host had left gift cards for a breakfast site, car wash and access to the country club. The most memorable part, you ask? "We found this gem several years ago on our yearly trip to Tulsa. Nondescript exterior hides the exceptional remodeling of the rooms. Beds and pillows very comfortable and large fluffy towels. Then we eat a tasty dinner downtown and enjoy the art deco buildings."

"We stayed in a room on the first floor for 4 nights. The room was just one away from the pool, so I don’t know if somehow that was causing the humidity…but our room was humid to the point the sheets felt damp. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the non-slip area was dirty in the handicap bathroom. There were dust bunnies in the corners of the room. And the hallway had not been vacuumed the entire time we were there despite it being visibly dirty with chunks of stuff. Would not stay here...

"I did not have any pets, but I know of someone who lived there with a pet. Room was generally clean, but found snack wrapper in corner of room. Air conditioner was effective, but kind of loud. No place for soap, shampoo, etc. in shower except on the floor. Had a hard time getting cold water from the sink. Bed was very comfortable, and, despite feeling pretty isolated (I think I was the only guest), I felt safe and secure. Place was well- lit and quiet."
