Spacious Condo with Excellent Location at the Base of Aspen Mountain

Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom condominium with fabulous location! Conveniently located one block from Lift 1A, you can ski home from a day on the mountain. There is a covered parking space but the condo is an easy walk to town, shopping, restaurants, lifts, everything! The open floor plan allows you to oversee both the dining area and living room from the kitchen. Cozy up with the family around the stone accent fireplace. The dining room seats eight comfortably with a bar that can accommodate four people. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, full en-suite bathroom, and a flat screen TV. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom and have two twins and one queen. This unit also has a full size washer and dryer which makes this rental perfect for the ultimate vacation.

A discount is automatically applied when calculating 7+ nights and another discount at 28+ nights. Note for any rentals greater than 30 days no sales tax is applicable. The system cannot automatically calculate no tax. The total will be adjusted upon booking a > 30 days rental.

Perfect location and kind hosts

Can't beat this location. Loves walking to the lift and into town. There's a little hill that was tough on the 70 plus year old in laws. But it was perfect They also were very kind in offering to help us out when one of our flights got cancelled. Luckily everyone made it home!

hard to beat this location

If you can live without a Sub Zero fridge or a La Cornue stove, you will be hard pressed to beat this location. It was just far enough away from the twilight entertainment and music at the gondola and other venues so that it was not a nuisance and it is literally 2-3 blocks from the park, shops, restaurants busses and gondola. Moreover, it was also 100 feet (no exaggeration) from one of the lifts. Overall, we were very pleased with this spot and think it will be the same for you too - have fun.

Comfortable stay and close to slopes/town

Great location and layout for our family of six. Kitchen fully stocked with pans, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and utensils. If you want to do cook meals, you will need to bring basic spices/olive oil, etc, as none other than coffee filters provided. One older member of our group had trouble navigating the last block to condo due to incline, but we had a car to get where we needed to go in the evening. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Loved this Aspen condo!!

This was an awesome spot in Aspen! Great kitchen, seating area, bedrooms - plenty of room for all of us! I traveled with my husband & 18-yr-old son, my parents and my sister. We were visiting my 21-yr-old son who was living in Aspen this summer and we had plenty of room for all of us to eat, sleep, move around and hang out in the living room. No A/C but this lower level condo stayed comfortable even when daytime temps were in the mid-to-upper 80s. (It's not a basement, but situated below ground level on the back side....which kept the sunlight to a minimum, likely helping keep the temps cool.) Owners have plenty of fans and humidifiers for each bedroom. We're from Virginia and definitely felt our oxygen deprivation walking up the hill to get back home, so be wary of this location if you're with guests who may have trouble walking uphill for a few blocks. However each day my mom got farther up the hill before stopping to catch her breath and by day 4 she made it all the way up without stopping! Lots of kitchen amenities and bedding. Easy, pleasant communication with owners when we showed up a little early and asked about check-in. I'd definitely return here!

What a fabulous condo! Loved the location to town and shuttle bus to the nearby mountains. Had all the amenities in the kitchen to prepare all meals. We had a wonderful vacation.

Awesome Location!

Great location and condo right where you want to be in Aspen! The condo was extremely clean and tidy upon check-in. We were here as a group of friends and couldn't be happier with the place. Looking forward to next year!

Aspen Trip in Feb '22

The condo was very comfortable and in a good location to walk to the chairlift. Kitchen was good, open to dining and living space. Lots of seating in Living room. It was lacking a few expected amenities. (sample of shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, extra toilet paper, kindling for wood fire.)

Great Family Vacation

Our stay of a week in July 2021 was in celebration of several milestones. Pop turned 70, granddaughter 16 and I retired. We had 2 seniors, 2 of our children - age 37 & 41 and 16 year old granddaughter staying here. The unit is spacious and just a few blocks walk into the center of town. In fact, we only used the car when we went out of town to sightsee or to pick up groceries. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and some extras, (crock pot, blender, etc) I haven't seen in any of our past rentals. We used the washer and dryer and they worked well. Cleaning crew was finishing up when we arrived and we were able to get right in. We only had a minor issue with the bedroom TV and the owner was prompt to get back to me when I contacted them and grateful that I was able to get it resolved with the local cable office. We would highly recommend this place and would be happy to return.

Centrally located, clean with one covered parking spot

The property is well located, clean, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. the beds are very confortable. I would only say that the most trafficked areas of the rugs, in particular the hallway, need to be replaced and / or steam cleaned as they are stained / worn. All else is as described on VRBO
