Great apartment. We appreciated the location and easy access to the ski slopes, and also the very well equipped kitchen which we made a lot of use of. The facilities (heated pool, hot tub and gym) are also great. No issues with parking. The hosts were communicative and helpful, and check-in straightforward. Highly recommended.

Had a great time in this well appointed condo— only thing wrong would be the sweetie bunk bed… could be heard all night from other bedroom…. Love the river views. I painted every day. Extra towels & pool towels were appreciated. Kitchen supplies & TP so we didn’t have to purchase as much. Thank You! We will be back.

We've been coming to Aspen for well over 20 years and this was by far one of our favorite stays. The condo was exceptionally clean upon entry with daily housekeeping service. We also loved the personal home touch, artwork and direct views of the river! Hosts were extremely responsive and very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Wonderful Stay on the River

Nice Condo Great Location

The condo was very clean in a nice location and matched the photos in the listing. Being on the Roaring Fork River was a plus. Brian was very easy to work with. If you are contemplating renting the condo during the summer be aware that there is no air conditioning. While we were in Aspen last week the temps were in the mid 80's. Also, the condo is on the third floor of the building with no elevator so if you have a lot of gear to haul up you should be aware of this fact.

Great location in Aspen!

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us, and the location was super convenient to the base of Ajax and City Market. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was a very nice touch. The living area was cozy and spacious enough for the 4 of us, with a big dining table. The bathrooms were nicely updated, and the steam shower in the master was lovely. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses were not super comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent place in Aspen!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family. The location is close to town (5 minute walk). The host was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth. The place is clean and well stocked. Everything was really great. Will book again.
