Just three blocks from the Gondola and steps from Aspen’s pedestrian mall, the first-floor unit is ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking both comfort and convenience in a building with a recently renovated exterior.

The condo features two inviting bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, and a Queen sofa bed in the living area to accommodate up to six guests. Both bathrooms are well-appointed, each with a combo bathtub/shower, with essentials like shampoo, soap, and towels provided.

Designed for comfort and functionality, the chef-inspired kitchen includes a kitchen island, coffee/tea maker, blender, cookware, spices, and all modern appliances. Great apartment

The apartment was perfect for 4 adults. Well stocked with humidifiers, laundry and kitchen needs. We didn’t need a car at this location! Walked all over town, to and from the lifts and restaurants. Took the free bus to airport and Snowmass.

Check-in was easy, although to park, you need to go in, get the parking pass, and put it in your windshield. There are not a lot of parking spots, but we did not have a problem.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!

Great location, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The property is fully equipped with no surprises—just a smooth process from start to finish. It’s within walking distance of all the restaurants, has convenient on-site parking, and is on the ground floor, making luggage handling effortless. The beds are super comfortable with fresh, clean linens, and every amenity you could need is provided. Looking forward to a repeat stay!

Great location in Aspen!

Unit was as listed! Very clean, stocked well, short walking distance to town & main lift or steps away from lift 1. First floor unit with easy ski equipment storage in locker just outside entry. 3 of us were very comfortable there. SUPER comfy beds, washer/dryer & laundry deterg provided was super convenient, unit also had drip coffee maker, keurig & coffee for both, starter shampoo/condit/body wash & abundance of towels in both baths. Owner & Mgmt Co checked in & were quickly available for any questions we had. Easy place to stay. Would return in a second!

Perfect location

Perfect location and exceptionally clean, making it ideal for a small group. The space is charming and perfectly suited for a restful stay and cooking breakfast. We spent our days skiing and enjoyed our evenings at the St. Regis, just two blocks away. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials for those who enjoy cooking, including pots, pans, olive oil, and basic seasonings like salt.

Clean and updated Cozy 2BR Condo

We had a great time. Beds were super comfortable. Very clean and a great host. We would have loved to use the fireplace. It also got super warm at night, so we really tried to turn off the heater and floor heater and it was still warm. But overall it was a perfect place to stay, and close to everything.

Great property in a great location!

Wonderful place to stay in Aspen! Beautifully renovated. Perfect location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Aspen lifts Clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The owner and property manager were great and made sure we had a great vacation. We look forward to staying here on our next trip to Aspen!
