Fantastic stay at Fasching House! Location could not have been better, close to restaurants, market and Silver Queen Gondola. My family very much enjoyed the format of the living room where we spent much time in conversation and laughter. Shari was very helpful on all aspects of the experience. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect stay in Aspen!

Great location short walk to gondola at Ajax. Super clean, cozy & convenient to slopes, buses to other ski areas & town. Very well equipped & supplied. Pool & hot tub clean, picturesque & sanitary. Would rent again in future without hesitation. 4 stars only because entry code given was wrong but easily resolved by calling emergency after hours number after calling primary phone number that went to voice mail.

Family trip to Aspen

We had a wonderful stay at the Fasching House! The accommodations were clean, the keyless entry was very convenient for check-in and coming and going. Our family enjoyed the outdoor hot-tub several times. The living room has a nice view of Ajax mountain and has a cozy vibe with its open concept living room. Highly recommend to others looking to stay in downtown Aspen!

30th Celebration in Aspen

My son turned 30 this month and decided to come to Aspen to celebrate. There were 5 of us at the property and were extremely comfortable. It was nice to be able to have a wood fire in the fireplace in the evening and the condo was extremely close to everything. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner/bar/grocery store which meant just parking the car once right outside the condo to unload and then load and go when our trip was done.

Aspen get-away

The property location is ideal as it is just up the hill from the buses. The property is clean and well equipped for 6. We found a way to ski back to the property from Aspen Mountain. The out door hot tub was perfect. Overall a great value.

Location and property were perfect

The property is walking distance to town and hiking trails. It was very clean and had toiletries which was helpful. Very nice to have bedrooms on a separate floor than the kitchen, patio, and family room. Those that wanted to be up early didn’t disrupt the others wanting to sleep in. Pool and hot tub were also very convenient. Looking forward to booking again!

Excellent Location

The condo is a great location. Walking distance to town and the Gondola. The unit is bright and very comfortable. The layout with the bedroom on the first floor makes the kitchen, living and dining are very bright with nice views. We had an incredible time In Aspen.

vacation in Aspen

built sometime early 70s when no-one installed air conditioning now with a small unit upstairs with strict instructions not to run it more than 4 hours at a stretch, but came in handy mid afternoon. Bedrooms downstairs a bit warm at night even with windows open. The window shades master bedroom had been broken and remained unrepaired. Steep climb to property but good proximity to downtown. Nice pool complex Pleasant living space and nice kitchen upstairs with extensive skylights reached by a tight circular staircase Glad we were all able to navigate There is no other access to upstairs.

Perfect get-away

Shari was extremely helpful our whole stay start to finish. All of Aspen lost gas during our visit for 2 days, so what could have been a total mess was actually well handled. The unit has unlimited wood for burning in the fireplace, which we loved. Kids loved that the hot tub was only a 4 second run from the unit's front door. Having the central bus station just down the road is awesome. Property just as pictured, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We would stay here again for sure! Thanks for a much needed get-away :)

Great trip to Aspen

The condo was really well located in Aspen...easy to walk everywhere. It was well appointed and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were really close and the kids loved to swim after a day of hiking or exploring. We were pleasantly surprised by the shades in the BRs. We usually travel with disposable blackout curtains, but this condo had nice shades in the BRs to block out light. One thing to be aware of is that there is a spiral staircase connecting the BRs on the lower level and the kitchen/living area upstairs. It made it a bit challenging carrying up a cooler and other supplies needed on the upper level. Our kids loved the novelty of the spiral staircase, but I could see it being an issue for folks with limited mobility or young children. My only knock would be the WiFi...while it is present, it is terribly slow. With our children in virtual school because of COVID and my wife able to work remotely, we were hoping for them to be able to work from the condo. Fortunately, my daughter was able to hear audio but could not stream video from her school. My wife brought her MyFi from work and was able to augment her connection. Bottom line is that the WiFi signal is weak and I wouldn't expect to be able to stream video content.
