Shuttle stops right across the street! ​Enjoy all that Aspen has to offer including over 100 world renowned restaurants and bars, in addition to world class shopping. This historical mining and ski town hosts various events and festivals throughout the year including World Cup Skiing, the Aspen Music Festival, Aspen Ideas Festival, the X Games, WinterSkol, and special holiday events including the annual 4th of July festival and fireworks. Great location!

This location is great! We got to ski three out of the four mtns for spring break and loved how easy it was to get home from all! And it was a great place for the dogs which made the trip all the better thank you!

Amazing Aspen

What a wonderful location. Quiet. Easy to park. Easy to walk to everything. Quick drive to Snowmass! We had a great time at this house and would definitely recommend!

Great location

Great location in west end. Just a few hundred feet to the bus line made it so easy to get to the slopes! Listing is accurate- house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Having laundry was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house and location!

Great house which can easily accommodate six people. Fully appointed kitchen and laundry area made it super easy for our ski trip! The large outdoor jacuzzi was a hit after a day at the slopes.On the corner of 7th and West Francis Street just a few minutes from the 8th street bus stop. Off street parking (2 spaces). Definitely would stay again!

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location

Loved the neighborhood. Even on Sunday when the church across the street had service, it was quiet. I wish the main bedroom had a window we could open to get some cool air because it was unseasonably hot that weekend, but we opened the french doors and that worked good. You do not want to have them open at night because of the bears. We saw 3 baby bears getting into someones garbage can that garbage was left on top. Very cool!!! Loved our stay!!!

Outstanding property

My wife and I spent 5 nights here and it was perfect for us. The home was well equipped, modern, clean and quiet. The 1500 sq ft space is very well laid out. Lots of room for 2! And I think 4 people would also find the home roomy. The house is in a nice residential area where several homes for sale on our street during out stay started at $5M. Location is away from the downtown which we preferred. It was an easy 25 minute walk to the gondola for a ride to the top of Aspen Mountain and some hiking. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we return.

Well-appointed house in a great location

The house is in a perfect location for attending the Music Festival. The pictures on the website provide an accurate view of the property. It is well appointed and comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Quiet, easily found, secure

The rental had everything we needed...great proximity to bus lines so we could get to the various ski resorts quickly. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all anyone might need. Overall, a wonderful place for our stay. Thank You.

Fun Family Ski Cottage in West Aspen

The 733 West Francis house was a perfect spot to stay with our family for two weeks this winter. Its location in West Aspen was perfect for getting to Snowmass , Highlands and Aspen Mountains. The home is spacious with a well appointed kitchen. The hot tub was heavenly after a day on the slopes!!We had an issues with ice forming by the side door and called the property manager who responded immediately and had the roof shoveled and solved the problem. We were very impressed at the rapid response!! We would stay at this house again in the future!!

Everything we needed

Just what we needed. Nothing fancy but clean and functional. Hot tub was great as was fireplace. Living area was comfortable. 20-30 min walk to bottom of AJAX but bus station so close to house for easy transfer downtown and to other mountains. Downtowner for rides as well. Overall really enjoyed the stay.

Good deal for Aspen

This small house is comfortable and located in a nice and quiet location in the beautiful West End of Aspen. We went for daily walks in Aspen Meadows (empty because of COVID, the Aspen Institute was not open except for the restaurant and hotel). Close to bike trails and downtown Aspen (an easy walk or hop on the bus). I have stayed in Aspen many times, and thought this house a good value given how expensive Aspen is - well equiped kitchen, bedrooms were adequate size, nice outdoor patio area that is fenced in, updated bathrooms ... also they let us check in a bit early since the place was cleaned and empty from the day prior. Nothing fancy but comfortable house. Definitely recommend this house if you want to stay in Aspen but don't want to pay Aspen prices!
