Central Aspen Condo - Prime Price and Location

Chateau Aspen 11 is a standard rated two bedroom, two bath condominium in an unbeatable downtown Aspen location. The recently renovated kitchen is bright and modern, featuring granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, light hardwood floors, and is fully equipped for everyday cooking. The welcoming living area includes a breakfast bar, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom, and complimentary wireless internet. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. Rollaway beds are available upon request to provide additional sleeping flexibility. Guests will appreciate the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer, off street parking, and access to a shared courtyard with a gas grill and fire pit, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountain. Located in the heart of Aspen's downtown core, Chateau Aspen 11 is just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, with world class shopping, dining, and skiing right outside your door. This comfortable and well appointed condominium offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and value. Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have air conditioning. Incredible, walk to everywhere location. The condo is not fancy, but it is spacious, comfortable and clean. No air conditioning, but there are fans for the living room and both bedrooms. We would stay again.

Property and location is great, close to the bus station and very walkable. We had a large rental suv and had a challenge with the parking spot size. Everything in Aspen is super expensive!

We loved everything about it , especially if you like being right in town! Bathrooms and kitchen area updated, but not some furniture..however, everything was clean and neat..no complaints and would stay again.

Couldn’t ask for a better location, a block to the lift, transportation hub, and a ton of restaurants and bars. The apartment was as described and the property management company was communicative and flexible to our changing travel plans. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was in a great downtown location. We walked all over downtown to sightsee and find restaurants. Our only issue was accessing Netflix in the living room.
