  • Chateau Aspen 11 is a standard-rated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located in an unbeatable downtown Aspen location. Just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, this comfortable and well-appointed condo places world-class shopping, dining, and skiing right outside your door.

    The recently renovated kitchen is bright and modern, featuring granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, light hardwood floors, and everything needed for everyday cooking. The welcoming living area includes a breakfast bar, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, complimentary wireless internet, and flat-screen TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom.

    The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. Rollaway beds are also available upon request for additional sleeping flexibility.

    Guests will appreciate the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, off-street parking, and access to the property's shared courtyard with a gas grill and fire pit—perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, close to everything in town! It was the perfect size and set up for our family of four, we liked that the kids could have their own beds. We hope to be back again!

Great Location!

We loved everything about it , especially if you like being right in town! Bathrooms and kitchen area updated, but not some furniture..however, everything was clean and neat..no complaints and would stay again.

Couldn’t ask for a better location, a block to the lift, transportation hub, and a ton of restaurants and bars. The apartment was as described and the property management company was communicative and flexible to our changing travel plans. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location and wonderful staff. Apartment is certainly not in the very best condition but improvements have been made in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would rent again due to the great location.

Incredible, walk to everywhere location. The condo is not fancy, but it is spacious, comfortable and clean. No air conditioning, but there are fans for the living room and both bedrooms. We would stay again.

Property and location is great, close to the bus station and very walkable. We had a large rental suv and had a challenge with the parking spot size. Everything in Aspen is super expensive!

Prompt and very helpful service!

While there was a mechanical issue upon our arrival, the management staff were incredibly helpful and resourceful, and made the transition as smooth as possible. The maintenance and after-hours team were also prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you!

The property was in a great downtown location. We walked all over downtown to sightsee and find restaurants. Our only issue was accessing Netflix in the living room.
