"I was very impressed by the updates to the property. The room was very clean and up to date. However I was disappointed that there was only 1 tv in the unit which did not allow to watch television while in bed. And the a/c unit was a window unit located in the bedroom which you had to make sure the adjoining doors were open to allow cool air to flow into the main living room."

"Never Again! Master mattress was so worn out I lost a full night of sleep. Reported it Saturday morning — was offered a rollout mattress in the living room or a downgraded condo on the floor level, with no views and bunk beds. Spent the rest of my stay chasing a manager who never called back. GM’s response when I escalated? Refused any refund and called my complaint “threatening.” I have photos. Save your money. ⭐️"
