Staff in all areas excellent. Restaurant, bar and reception areas are lovely, modern and clean. Good quality food in restaurant at breakfast and dinner. The Plough Retreat
Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. Apartment 5
We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.

The Dower House Apartments
The apartment was stunning and Neil was a great host. Check in was easy and the location was ideal for exploring Lincoln. Would definitely stay again.
