The main level offers an inviting open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living space framed by expansive windows that capture the surrounding forest. The primary suite is also located on this level, complete with a king bed, fireplace, en-suite bath, and private outdoor access. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a spacious second living room with a foosball table—perfect for relaxing, playing games, or spending time together!

We love that our guests come here to explore and have fun—but please note that this home is located in a private neighborhood with full-time residents. UTVs and other off-road vehicles are absolutely welcome and encouraged on the nearby trail systems, but we kindly ask that you drive slowly and respectfully while inside the neighborhood.

Horseshoe Lake: Just 35 minutes from the home, this family-friendly lake is a great spot for a day of swimming and relaxing by the water! It features a swimming dock with a diving board, making it a fun outing for the whole family!

Winter Advisory: Winter conditions can be severe and unpredictable, and 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended during fall, winter & spring months.
