"Clean pleasant room that looked recently refurbished, with a kettle and microwave and a enough tea and coffee to survive a night and morning. A fridge and hairdryer was useful. Shower was good, stocked with shampoo and conditioner. Bathroom was clean. Otherwise it was basic but sufficient. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had one set of neighbours who played very loud music all afternoon until late, but thankfully eventually stopped. At this (cold and wet) time of year the pub...

"Stains on seats, old and tired, had to wait 20 mins for the room to be finished but unlike the other couple also waiting we were not offered complementary breakfast forbthe delay, for the price we paid it was seriously underwhelming for £135 "

"Hotel was nice, but booked to go to the Spa on the phone several days before arrival. Which was confirmed to me on the phone, then to arrive at the spa and be told they had no booking under our name or room number and they was full. Disappointed "

"5th floor rooms were excellent; 4th floor showers were dreadful. There were way too many spots around the hostel that needed a key card, and they didn't give multiple cards for a multi-person room."

"Centrally located, car park available. Comfortable bed and good shower, very nice staff. We had been notified a wedding party was in the hotel so expected perhaps to hear a bit of noise, we were amazed that our room was directly next to the outside/smoking area and above the party room. No double glazing. The very loud music and screaming continued long into the night culminating in a fight (was told this the next day). We got very little sleep. Mystified as to why we were not placed in a room...
