We spent 2 nights at Fisherman's Cot. Our room was of a good size with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was in need of renovation, with no privacy curtain at the window, & a light that flickered at best. We had a great view of the River Exe & the old bridge from our window. Very friendly staff, hot tub wasn’t up to temp on our arrival but staff were very apologetic and we were not charged for it that evening. The Lodge was very clean, good quality bedding and toiletries.

This property was exactly as described, shabby chic and quirky. We loved the house, with ita hidden nooks and surprises round every corner! The gardens are wonderful, and Jenny was a fabulous contact, helpful and friendly with lots of local knowledge and passion for the area.
