"Very dirty rooms and public areas, Smoke from Casino wafts into lobby and restaurants. In an almost empty dining room we were denied sitting by windows to see the "view" of river. We were told this was because the window seats were reserved for a large group (group never materialized while we were eating)."

"Very old property and not well maintained. No elevator, entrance to the casino is closed. You have to walk outside and go around. Toilet handle broke and the clerk from the front desk came to try and fix it. A little upgrade and would do this property good. Staff was very friendly."

I had someone who claimed to be from the front desk who tried to get information about me, whether I was alone, who else was there, etc. I reported it to the hotel who said no one called. But they brushed it off as no big deal and wouldn't take me seriously. 30 minutes late someone tried to get into my room. Again called the front desk. Wasn't taken seriously. Had to call the police and got them to stay in site while I packed my stuff and left. I asked to get...
