"The front desk attendant couldn’t have been less welcoming. Only knew about the Continental breakfast serving hours because I overheard her telling another guest. You are automatically charged for the in room safe whether you used it or not. She seemed annoyed when I asked for the charge to be removed from my bill. She is the first point of contact when checking in and needs a lesson on how to greet/treat guests. "

"This was a very unique place to stay. I didn’t realize it was contactless and everything for information was sent to me. I contacted the number if any issues not knowing what to do and they called me within 10min. I know I might be old fashion and prefer a check in person but I managed. It was actually a lil creepy at first because the store and lil coffee shop wasn’t open yet you could go in building and there wasn’t a car at place at all. The elevators are very slow but they did work. ...
