Little Hayloft by Bloom stays - charming barn with hot tub

  • We welcome you to Little Hayloft: sleeps 4 (maximum 2 adults) in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), open plan kitchen/diner/sitting area, large balcony with wonderful views, meadow gardens and hot tub. Little Hayloft is a peaceful haven for those wishing to enjoy the countryside with easy access to the coast. Little Hayloft is not a party house.

    Entrance Hall with cloak hanging and further built in cupboard.

    Master Bedroom (sleeps 2) king size bed, 6 metre wide triple sliding doors lead to large patio and gardens beyond. En-suite shower room with double sink and WC, wonderful freestanding bath in the bedroom. Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine.
    Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) king size bed, sliding doors to side patio area, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine (Vertuo pods).
    Family Bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
    Small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

    Well-equipped kitchen with quartz worktops and upstands, range cooker, wine fridge, Quooker hot water tap, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (larger sized Verto capsules) and microwave. Wide bifold doors lead to the upper decked area.

    Comfortable seating area for 8 with woodburning stove.

    Outside
    Little Hayloft is fully fenced and gated along with outside lighting, a paved terrace with ample seating and sun loungers. Easy steps up to hot tub and large meadow garden with rolling farmland beyond.
    Large upper decked area is southwest facing to take full advantage of stunning views and sunsets. Here will be found cosy sofas and bench seats, dining table and chairs along with a gas BBQ and sun parasols.
    Parking for 2/3 cars.
    There is a gated path from the front of the house leading to the rear patio area and to the hot tub, and gardens beyond.
    Outside stairway leading to upper decked area from ground floor.
    EV Charger available - charges of £5 per night apply. If you wish to use please add to your booking, or let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.
    Extra guests are not permitted over and above the maximum occupancy stated. If guests wish to invite daily visitors this may only be done by prior arrangement.
    No stag groups, hen parties or groups of adults under 30.

A Stunning House

We had a glorious stay at The Hayloft, it's a beautiful house with every amenity you could need! Hot tub was private and very clean. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with all the mod cons. Upstairs living dining and kitchen are beautiful and perfect for a romantic weekend getaway with games, a fire, and a huge TV. Thank you so much - we can't wait to return!

Wow! This venue is absolutely stunning. It was clean comfortable and in a fantastic location with great amenities. I cannot recommend it enough. We had a wonderful long weekend stay and will definitely be returning with the family at some point in the future. Thank you so much again.

And relax!

We loved staying at the Hayloft, the views are gorgeous with sheep and the sihouettes of 2 horses on the hilltop. Inside the property its beautifully furnished with care and design with a lot of light. Everything you would need and more is there for you to use. THe cleaners must also get a mention as it was beautifully clean. The hot tub was another added bonus. There are plenty of walks with rolling hills all around. Would love to come back

Kent countryside at its best

We stayed at The Hayloft over a very sunny February weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need, warm and cosy even without the log burner. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after some very long walks from the bottom of the garden. The countryside is lovely to explore and it means you can explore & leave the car in the drive, which is great. Its well placed for visiting Canterbury, Ashford, Designer outlets and the South coast and some good local pubs with good food. Bloomstays were easy to deal with and there was lots of information upfront to make our stay very relaxing.

A fantastic restful break away with friends

A wonderful and ultra special stay for friends both enjoying a weekend child free to rest and recharge together. Each of us had a double room each both special rooms neither feeling we lucked out. Huge TVs, terraces outside our rooms and special touches like coffee machines in the rooms, cotton buds in the bathrooms and dressing gowns. The hot tub looks over a meadow garden with stunning views - the sunsets are something! Pub - the Tiger Inn is close by and fantastic we managed to walk in 40 mins. The location is a walkers paradise and the owners leave a picnic basket to take with you from the house and over the gate at the end of the garden to head to the woods :-) We loved our stay and will be back again soon thanks Bloom Stays, Richard and Sheba.

The Hayloft an Ideal Kent Location

The Hayloft is an ideal place for travelling to the towns and attractions of east Kent or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. It has wonderful facilities,.like the jacuzzi, and is furnished throughout to a high standard. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable, but as my wife pointed out, it was missing a dressing table and mirror, which, considering the properties high standard, we would have expected. Making hair dressing difficult. The views from the open plan kitchen and sitting room upper floor are exceptional. But, because of the velux glazing, the house became uncomfortably warm during sunny days. This, though, I think, could be easily resolved by blinds being fitted to the velux windows to prevent ingress of heat. Other than these oversights, I would recommend the Hayloft to anyone looking to explore and stay in Kent.
