  • This 3-story townhome boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, and an abundance of natural light. With a private elevator and a 1-compact car garage. Stunning mountain and city views from the large, private rooftop terrace. Bauhaus at South Slope is located just one block away from the hip and growing Brewery District and within walking distance of everything acclaimed downtown Asheville has to offer. South Slope Skyhaus can comfortably sleep six guests, making it perfect for families and small groups.

    Towns Property Management, Inc. is a local company that has staff available 24/7. We are here to answer any questions you have and take care of any concerns. You receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to your arrival, however, someone is always available for you; we want to ensure your stay is exceptional.

Lots of stairs, elevator was a saver. Roof top was a great gathering space. Kitchen is very nice, spacious, and well stocked. The bathroom amenities were a nice touch.

The home was very clean and packed with every essential needed. We had a girls weekend and found the location perfect to downtown Asheville! The property company was very responsive anytime I messaged them. Definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful property that was very comfortable for my family to stay in while in Asheville. Couldn't have asked for better, more accomdating hosts...Highly recommend!

Very clean, great location to get to everything easily but was quiet at night. Just the right amount of house supplies (laundry detergent, soap, etc) we needed. We will stay here again.

Girls Trip!

Absolutely stunning home with plenty of space and convenient location. The rooftop patio is a fabulous space we enjoyed at night. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great place to stay

This was a nice property for our stay in Asheville for a family wedding. The location was great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and bars. The place was clean and well furnished. It was easy to get into. It has a great rooftop. Overall a great stay.

Perfect Location for Family Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend in Asheville. The townhome was beautifully decorated, well appointed and clean and was ideally located just 5 minutes from the Biltmore and walkable to endless wonderful restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and boutiques in Downtown Asheville. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to others.

Very clean and modern. Awesome location and easily walkable to many downtown locations and activities. Rooftop was really cool, garage was great and host included many things like board games for my family to enjoy.

Great spot in an easily accessible location

This condo is very comfortable and well-appointed, and the rooftop deck is a great place to hang out. The location is within an easy walk of most of Asheville. The management company is very responsive.

Biltmore and Chihuly Trip

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for us. The elevator was essential for my in-laws who are in their 70s. The rooftop space was beautiful and the place was very clean. Communication with towns property was easy and they responded quickly. Great experience. Chihuly and Biltmore was amazing too!

Spacious townhouse next to baseball field

The house was clean and seemed almost new. It's a 10 minute walk to most of downtown and a 5 minute walk to more breweries than you should visit in one day. Sunsets on the rooftop were a big plus.

Clean townhome

The townhouse was very spacious and very clean. Loved how everyone had their own bathroom. Also loved that it was walking distance to downtown and next door to the ball park. We got to walk over (100 feet) to the entrance of the ball park…so nice!
