Some notes:

* Please read the house rules prior to booking.

* You must be 25 years or older to book. Some exceptions can be made for guests with prior reviews. We will request IDs following approval.

* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

* We welcome well-behaved dogs up to 50 lbs. There is a charge of $90 for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay. Please include them in the head count when you reserve. Also include in the message the type/breed of dog and weight. Bigger dogs or greater than two will be accepted on a case by case basis.
Unfortunately, we can't host cats due to allergies :(

Please note: There is small but steep incline (0.1 miles) before you get to the cabin which is doable in a regular car. However, a 4WD is strongly recommended in winter (Dec, Jan & Feb) and is necessary if there is snow/freezing rain. Alternatively, you can park at the bottom and walk up if you choose.

*Nature abounds in the forest! Wooded areas are home to critters such as but not limited to bears, deer, rodents, spiders, snakes, ants, and insects. We have regular maintenance with a pest control company but spring and summer are high season. Please understand the possibility of seeing critters in and around the home.
