About this space
I am a new host and have renovated and opened the first installment of the property. We have plans to make it even better, as well as other ideas for continuing revamp other areas of the home and add items to make your experience even better.

The house is located off of Brevard Road in Asheville adjacent to Bent Creek and just minutes away from all kinds of fun! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom sleeps 6 comfortably, and has room for 1 to 2 more if they rearrange the sectional!
The space
10 Minutes: Downtown Asheville
2 Minutes Bent Creek/Pisgah Forest
5 Minutes Asheville Outlet Mall
15 Minutes Downtown Hendersonville

We have a fully equipped kitchen, a large great room, super-fast wifi in the house and a private deck. Our home sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, on 3 queens, a master bathroom (deck access), and a spacious hallway bathroom. We have 1 large driveway, it is steep, so please be cautious and a carport on site. We are within a 5 minute drive to Bent Creek, NC Arboretum, Asheville Outlets, and you are directly in the middle of anywhere else you would like to go. The home has lots of sunlight, privacy and distant mountain views of the Biltmore House!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house on the upper level. Your access will be: a fully equipped kitchen, a large bright great room, a dining area, large back deck off of the master, and all grounds.
Other things to note
This home is located on a corner lot on a quiet street in the neighborhood. Please use the carport side driveway.
We're genuinely excited and happy to host each new guest, to hear about what they love about our property, and what we could do to make it even better.

Host was very promte in communication, house was clean....the mattresses were pretty soft and a little uncomfortable...we did not have heat first night..and no extra blankets, the house was hard to locate. the address number 5 needs to be visible. The host helped us with the heat.

The beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, the location was ideal for our needs, and communication with the host was quick and easy. We enjoyed the residential area, and it was also close to a grocery store, some restaurants, a coffee shop, and an outlet mall, which was convenient. For the most part, the property was very clean, but we mopped the floors again because they were a bit dirty, and it was very helpful to have a swiffer and swiffer rags provided in the space. The washer and dryer were very convenient and had detergent provided. The property was advertised having three bathrooms, but there were only two bathrooms usable by guests. I believe the property actually does have three bathrooms, but the third bathroom was reached by an external door leading to a basement area that was all under construction, and the bathroom was also undergoing renovation, so it was not usable and should not be listed as one of the property amenities. That being said, the overall stay was excellent.

Had a good stay, but didn't appreciate having to reach out after the check-in time to get info needed to actually access the home, and then there was zero communication after that. But all in all was still a very nice place and would stay again.
