The maximum number of guests occupying this townhome can not exceed 6 people. If occupancy exceeds 6, Towns Property Management, Inc reserves the right to evict guests. 
No house parties are permitted in the home and there is a strict 10:00 PM noise ordinance. Violation of any property rules listed above can result in eviction. Upon eviction, no refund will be issued to the guest.

3rd floor-king bedroom, full bath in hallway, king bedroom with ensuite bathroom
4th floor- full bunk bedroom, full bath in hallway, sitting area/patio.
