Escape to this newly renovated private home with a vibrant, cozy style and modern amenities. The eclectic cottage-style furnishings are inviting and comfortable for relaxing. But still, you'll be lured by the quick drive to downtown Asheville and the River Arts District - with shops, restaurants, and craft beverages. Silverline Park on the French Broad River is right across the street.

Unwind in the living room with comfy seating and natural light. You can also step out on the front porch and let the time pass by - Southern style.

The living room is open to the dining area making it ideal for your group to gather together. The sturdy wood dining table seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or enjoy carry-out from one of the local restaurants.

The two bedrooms are designed to be cozy and relaxing. A bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms with a shower and tub combo.

There is also a laundry room with a washer & dryer off of the kitchen.

You are able to access the entire house except for a locked storage closet. There is free off-street parking in the shared driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Arrangements can be made for safe parking of your large vehicle or trailer on the property.

You will get a code to enter the home via a keyless lock system.

We are available for questions or services between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

The cottage is set on a quiet, neighborhood street above Riverside Drive. Woodfin is a small residential town desired locally for its easy access to many areas of Asheville. It is a 5-10 minute drive to downtown, River Arts, West Asheville, and several breweries. Outdoor activities are anywhere between 5-30 minutes away from the cottage.

Getting around is easy by car... There is a park next to the river across the street from the house. This is not a walking Airbnb - it will suit a group that wants to explore all of the sites in Asheville by car and return to a wonderful, clean, and cozy spot.

We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as if you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:

QUIET HOURS ARE 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication or site visit. If a party is found or a second noise violation/complaint occurs, you will be immediately removed from the property.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, please do not place a reservation without first contacting us. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.

LOCAL RESIDENTS MAY NOT BOOK. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. We reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.

PERSON ON RESERVATION MUST CHECK-IN. A valid picture ID and/or identity verification by the booking platform is required before check-in. And this person must be staying at the property during the booking.

GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay. The definition of a guest is not limited to only those people sleeping at the property but to all guests inside the unit at any given time.

NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we may request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.

PETS ALLOWED. We welcome well-behaved pets. Please clean up after your pet outside and inside. If you must allow your pets on furniture, please cover the furniture with your own blanket or towel. The pet fee does NOT include animal waste cleanup or stains on bedding, towels, or upholstery.

GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm arising from their use of the property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such events. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.

CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 1:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.

This is truly a wonderful gem. The home was nicely appointed and immaculate. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. You’re close to both Asheville AND Weaverville. TV had a bunch of terrific selections and the sign in to internet was easy. I would stay in this spot on every visit. Was just minutes from relatives in Woodfin. Super value.

Ladies Week

This was the perfect home for a small gathering of three generations of women in my family. Everything being on one level, as well as the simpler backdoor access, proved very helpful for those of us with limited mobility. There were lots of personal touches that made us feel at home, coffee supplies, books and puzzles, welcoming furniture. Grocery stores, UNCA, multiple small towns to explore, are all within a few minutes and the drive is beautiful. The neighbors were friendly and quiet, with almost zero traffic close to the house. We're all looking forward to our next visit to the Asheville area.
