The apartment was in a great location and close to many shops and restaurants. My husband and I had a great trip hiking to many waterfalls. However, the couch is terrible and needs replaced, the cushions sink to the floor and ripped. The bed is to big for the room, there is no room to get in and out from the sides. I climbed in from the bottom. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and skillets but no plates or bowls. First time to Asheville but until the couch is replaced we would not stay here again.locatiagain

Me and my girlfriend were very pleased with our stay. Check in process and room access were very simple and easy. Nice central location, with the convience of food options below the building. Parking lot had no issues. Room was very clean with no issues as described.

This was a perfect spot for me and my husband during our four day stay in Ashville mid September 2024. The apartment was clean and comfortable, quiet, convenient, and had off street parking. The coffee/bakery shop in the building was great! There was also a restaurant in the building, but we didn't get to try it. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's were also a few minutes drive from the apt. The apt needs brighter lighting, some potholders, and a few more hooks in bathroom and hallway. The king bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bed takes up most of the room. Larger, less agile people might have difficulty scooching sideways along the wall to get into the bed.

Amazing dinner and breakfast down below the unit and it was a convenient walk into town for everything else we came for (sightseeing, shopping, a show at the Asheville music hall/Onestop)! We will definitely be back!

Nice, not to busy location. Close to shopping and downtown. Great restaurant located on the first floor. The host was always quick to respond to questions and was very helpful. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. The only criticism would be, the place needs blackout shades for the bedroom. The shades installed let some light in. Overall I would recommend it to a friend.

We loved the location and took advantage of the bakery and restaurant below us. I would suggest a mirror somewhere else in the condo. With two ladies and one mirror, it was hard to maneuver one mirror in the bathroom. The tv was a little hard to figure out, but everything else was fantastic!

once our bed was fixed from one side being broken prior to our stay that was much better. King size bed not really needed since you couldn't get around the bed. Couch needs to be replace or at least the cushions since they are rather spent. All the rest we thoroughly enjoyed.

The location was great and the apartment was very clean. We had some difficulty knowing which unit was ours and had to try the keypad on multiple doors before we found the one that worked. Glad nobody was inside the other units wondering what we were doing! The bedroom was very small for the size of bed in it. Could barely get into the closet. Communication with property owners yielded no response. Overall, it was nice for our visit, but not the experience we have had at other VRBO's.

The condo was very nice. Bed and pull out sofa very comfy and very quiet. There were a couple things tho..it says coffee, creamer and sugar provided, however there was just a half opened bag of folders, only one small to go creamer and no coffee filters. Also I normally like to cook when we stay in places with a kitchen but that was impossible here due to the kitchen severely lacking. There were no baking pans, mixing bowls, casserole dishes, minimal pots and not even a spatula! Other than stocking the kitchen tho it's a great place and we hope to stay there again..I will just male sure to bring filters, creamer and pans!

We actually got in quite a bit late so missed out on the Bone and Broth. It was super easy to get in and the description of location and instructions were perfect! We were in walking distance to a fun little pub which was also nice. We secured our Biltmore Estate tickets and were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the main sites of Asheville (driving-wide). Amenities were exactly as described and just what we needed. I’ll remember for next time to ask about restaurant reservations beforehand. Thank goodness for the Pub and Grille!

The property is ~1 mile from downtown and is in a quiet neighborhood. Accordingly, you can easily walk to downtown while feeling safe. The bed was comfortable and the AC was very good. Also, parking was really good (plenty of spaces in the parking lot adjacent to the property). Moreover, there is a café and restaurant downstairs that have good food in case you need a quick bite. There is also a Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods in case you feel like cooking. Finally, keyless checking was seemless and super easy. The main opportunities for improvement are as follows: 1) Windows: the windows need to be replaced as the insulation is poor. You can hear people talking (and sadly even belching) in the parking lot while inside the apartment and with the windows closed. Moreover, you can even hear the clanking of bottles of the other building tenants as they were putting their trash in the dumpster that is ~20 yards from the building (again with the windows shut). This is very distracting and annoying if you are trying to sleep. 2) Similar to to the above, the walls appear to be thin as you can hear the tenants from inside the building having normal conversations and even laughing despite having the door and windows shut. 3) The blue couch in the living room is very uncomfortable to sit on and should be replaced. 4) The bathroom sink had various chips that were not aesthetically pleasing. Yet, the sink was functional, so that is likely why it was still in use. 5) The bedroom does not have blackouts. Accordingly, the room is very bright even with the window shades down. By 7am the room was very bright. I enjoy sleeping late, and unfortunately I was not able to do this. All in all, I had an OK experience, but the experience could have been better. In fairness to the landlord, I did not communicate any of my opportunities for improvement to the landlord during my stay as most of my asks would have been too hard to address timely. Yet, thank you for the hospitality and please take the feedback as constructive so as to make your future tenants’ experiences much pleasant.
