The included breakfast was wonderful home cooking and the owners are incredible, being engaging and extremely considerate. I will absolutely return to Hastings and when I do will only consider staying at the Laindons. I cannot imagine finding better."

"The room was compact but very comfortable. It was spotless and very well appointed, with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and even a standing fan. The location is perfect, close to everything you might need. The pub downstairs serves great food too. Even though it's above a pub, there was no noise at all, and I slept very well. Definitely a room for a solo traveller though! "

It had everything we needed, and we felt really welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our dog was treated like a guest too, which we really appreciated. "Es un alojamiento parcialmente reformado, las zonas comunes son muy agradables, el desayuno y el jardín estupendos, pero las habitacones, el mobiliario, baños...están muy antiguos. Para estas instalaciones es caro."

"Esta muy apartado del centro. Pero al lado de la estación de St Leonard Warrior. Una zona no muy buena. El hotel es más como una pensión. Aparentemente parece que está bien. Pero luego una vez allí se nota la falta de mantenimiento y personal. La habitación normal. El agua de la ducha sin presión. La cama bien. La tele no funcionaba bien. Tiene un patio muy mono. El desayuno normal. Lo mejor sin duda el recepcionista Francisco, como no, español. Muy caro para lo que es. No repetiría. "

"We only stayed the one night, and would definitely book here again. The staff were extemely helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. Our room could probably do with an update, but it was clean, spacious, and had a great view. Breakfast was very nice with a great choice of hot drinks and huices as well as both a cold selection buffet, and a cooked breakfast option, all included in our booking. Overall we were vey happy with our stay."
