The worst! Tiny rooms- no access to common areas after 10pm despite rooms size. Staff suggested we go hang out in a park after we paid for two rooms. There was a fire alarm that blared forever and no explanation. They did not answer the text they initiated for customer service at check in. I only wanted to know how to obtain ice- I got none. Valet returned my vehicle with the infotainment screen / radio / and everything attached to the screen broken. I also could not bring my water cup upstairs to salvation bar. Would not recommend
Even purchasing upgrades doesn’t make you a more valuable customer, our upgrades caused them to not be able to effectively check us in so we needed to wait for someone else to assist and that was WITH performing online check in with adding my payment info License picture and selfie. There was no win despite all the potential I chose this hotel for.
