Moored opposite Crouesty Port, this apartment has an 8m2 balcony and a beautiful view of Crouesty port, its boats and entrance; perfect for offering a peaceful and rejuvenating stay for 5 people! It is also located just a few hundred metres from Fogéo beach and beautiful walks around Petit Mont are at the foot of the residence. And for even more relaxation, you will find a swimming pool and paddling pool in the residence for a refreshing swim. It is also a 5-minute walk from the Miramar Thalasso centre ****.



The flat has just been renovated and is beautifully decorated. You will find a lounge with a view of the outside; its sofas and armchairs invite you to take a break and chat. Next, you will discover the dining room, ideal for gathering around good meals, and finally the kitchen, modern and fully equipped. It has a ceramic hob, a refrigerator (quite small), a microwave, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster.



In the evening, you will be able to go to bed in one of the two bedrooms. The first is located on the ground floor and will delight children thanks to its bunk bed, whilst the second is located upstairs in a master suite with an en-suite bathroom. It will be ideal for parents or a couple, with its large double bed (160), offering comfort and serenity for a good night's sleep. You will find a fifth bed on one of the two sofa beds in the living room.



For your greater convenience, you will find on the ground floor a shower room with toilet, and on the first floor a bathroom with toilet, a hairdryer, as well as two reserved parking spaces.
