Welcome to this lovely furnished apartment located in Arzon, on the first floor of a peaceful residence, just a few steps from the beach. Ideal for a stay for two, the accommodation is fully equipped to welcome 2 people in the utmost comfort. Enjoy the fitted balcony to savour your meals outdoors in a pleasant setting. The immediate proximity to the sea invites you to swim, enjoy water activities or take walks along the coast.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a charming living room of 20 m² with direct access to the balcony. The kitchen, modern and open, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. Share your meals around the dining table or, on beautiful days, enjoy the one on the balcony. Extend the evening in the cosy living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a television.



The room has a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe to store your belongings.



The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate for more comfort.
