"Food was excellent - loved the place."

"The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and well-maintained with a lovely ambiance. The front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. We did have issues with the servers at the bar and restaurant. The service was slow, and it took an excessive amount of time to get our food. That being said, the flatbread pizza was great and the prices were reasonable. The rooftop bar views are lovely. We would stay there again."

"The 10th floor at the Conrad Washington was exquisite. The staff catered to our every need, the common room was open for breakfast and dinner as well as 24 hours a day for snacks and drinks. "The service and staff are outstanding. Andrew at reception was terrific. The club level is worth it and the concierge staff there are fantastic and go above and beyond. Jenny and Kathy were standouts, but everyone was just terrific in the club lounge. Stayed 9 days while high school daughter participated in a program at a local university and toured colleges. "Overall this place was fantastic, but there was one big problem. There's about a 1 inch marble lip on the floor transition from the bedroom to the bathroom area. Myself and other guests tripped over it repeatedly, badly bruising our toes and feet in general. One guy told me they put a bath towel over the transition to help cushion it, but I didn't hear that til Day 4 of a 5 day stay, with one toes possibly broken on my right foot. Seriously.
