"Loved everthing about our stay. Ryan, who answered the phone when i called about where we could park was so helpful. Thank you Ryan. Hotel is situated on the high street, near all the resturants and bars and is right opposite the train station. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to all the staff for a brilliant stay. "A fantastic hotel, very helpful, friendly staff, who appeared very happy in their roles. We received effective communication via email previous to our stay, swift responses to enquiries, which was very reassuring and informative. The hotel is in great location. It is within easy walking distance of Harrogate town centre, also on a local bus route. On site parking at competitive rates. The rooms were very clean, extremely comfortable. Well positioned lamps, electric sockets and mirrors. Amazing...

"Excellent place to stay, great staff, room spotless, the bar/restaurant meant no need to go elsewhere. Proximity to car park and Leeds Arena also a big plus and if I attend the Arena in future I will certainly use the hotel again."
