"Our stay in Mitchell on June 12 was uneventful. The staff was nice and answered all questions. The property is old in need of updating, more than clean linens and clean floors. The rooms have a definite closed up smell to them, it is nice to have windows that open. Our stay on June 15th was a completely different story. Located in the next wing, upon entering the room I tripped. I wear bifocals and did not see the unanticipated step. Not a normal step, about half the regular step height, which...

"I booked a room with king bedroom in the last minutes and came to check in by 11pm with my family. I did call ahead to let them know my late arrival. The staff was very cordial and prepared for my arrival. They allocated me a room very quick. They gave me a 2 queen bedroom with a big couch chair. The room was very sapcious and had all amenities of a small kitchen. Really like the place. Would come back for sure."

"OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, AND WE GOT GOOD ROOM SERVICE FOR MAKING THE BED AND NEW TOWELS; HOWEVER, THE PILLOWS WERE TERRIBLE, IT WAS HARD TO SLEEP ON SMALL PILLOWS THAT HAD TO FOAM COMFORT. THE BREAKFAST CLOSED AT 9 AM, WHICH IS TOO EARLY FOR WEEKEND GUESTS. IT SHOULD BE 10 AM LIKE MOST MOTELS."

"Stayed four nights while visiting family in the area. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast these days. Overall, a good value for the money."
