"The room we stayed in could use some renovation (e.g. the toilet porcelain was broken and glued, the windows and door was old so it would not close properly unless locked). But other than that, it was very clean, had everything we needed (small kitchen and different appliances), the staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted as promptly, when we asked for it. "My stay was great! The hotel is a little bit older but that didn’t bother us at all. The staff was very friendly and hard working. Olga, the manager, was very helpful and kind when we had a mix up with our reservation. It is a short walk from the port and breakfast was included which was two big positives for us! "
