The main house features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, with access to the patio and garden.
On the first floor, there is a spacious entryway, a half-bath, a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms (160 beds) with storage, and a bathroom with a tub and shower.
Upstairs, there is one bedroom (two 90-bed beds) with storage, a TV room (flat-screen smart TV) with a sofa.

In the garden, there is a pleasant outbuilding with a shower room, a bedroom (140-bed bed), all separated by a trellis, and a separate toilet.
A laundry room with a washing machine, storage space on the shelves, and a sink where you can prepare your seafood in a cozy atmosphere.


A sunny courtyard with an imposing palm tree, opening directly onto the bike path, featuring garden furniture, a parasol, and two chairs where you can relax or enjoy a good book in the shade of two olive trees.
At the back of the house, the 500 m² garden features a beautiful olive tree and is accessible by car through a gate. It includes garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and two lounge chairs for relaxing, as well as a graveled area for a game of pétanque. You can store your bikes, windsurf boards, or surfboards there (a faucet with a hose is provided so you can rinse your feet when you return from the beach).

Fully equipped open kitchen: induction cooktop, range hood, oven, toaster, kettle, large 4-door fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sink, 8-cup coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, plenty of storage space.
Living room: a table with two extension leaves, a sideboard, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a Sonos Symfonisk speaker, a wood-burning fireplace insert, and a large sofa with two armchairs. Access from the entrance leading to the courtyard and from the living room leading to the garden with a terrace. Natural light floods through the space thanks to its dual exposure.

Weekly rentals run from Saturday at 4:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM (30% due at booking, with the balance due one month before arrival). Failure to pay the balance one month before arrival will automatically cancel your reservation.
The non-refundable security deposit of 2,000 euros must be provided by check to the concierge desk at the start of your stay and will be returned to you following the end-of-stay inspection.

For bike rentals, you can reserve and have the bikes delivered to the house through CYCLAND in Ars-en-Ré—they are very accommodating and extremely friendly.
