I font have right to make a la cart reservations,because i stay only one night. At the batroom the shower area wasnt clean.last night late i went to the snack to eat something, i saw many mosquito around the salad and fruit area.This morning i cant sleep,maintenance department was fixed the room up me room 206,too noise and disturb.i spoke already about that with the Front Desk manager and Front desk manager.Boths are very professionals and helpful..they apologized and promise to mee take care about the bad situation s here.The front desk manager offered to me also late check out without charge.I will like come back to this hotel the next year with my family . Great location,nice view of Samana bay, and Samana town.

What i like the

Overall, the property was well maintained, and the staff was courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Prior to arrival, I had some concerns regarding the dining experience due to several negative reviews; however, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at both the buffet and the hibachi restaurant. In contrast, the Italian restaurant did not meet my expectations. Regarding the VIP upgrade, I did not find it to be a worthwhile investment. The exclusive pool and VIP areas were relatively small, and the snack bar offered essentially the same food selections available throughout the rest of the resort. As a result, the additional cost did not provide a level of value or exclusivity that justified the premium price.
