The accommodation sleeps up to 10 people and is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
• A living room that opens onto the dining room and kitchen, creating a single, welcoming living space.

On the first floor:

• Bedroom 3 with a sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children
• A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet

On the second floor:
• Bedroom 4 with a double bed (140x200 cm) and two single beds (80x190 cm). A sink is also located in the room.

From early June through early September, you can enjoy the comfort of an unheated 8-by-4-meter pool.
A fenced-in 2,000-square-meter garden for your children and pets, along with a terrace accessible through a French door in the living room, will allow you to fully enjoy the sunny days and the relaxing setting of the Allier region.

Three parking spaces are available in front of and to the side of the property for your vehicles.

Located in the countryside, the property is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The Château de Montgilbert is 10 minutes away, the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park is 15 minutes away, and the city of Vichy is about 30 minutes away, where you can explore the Source des Célestins.
