Our beautiful studio is on the 1st floor, located on the Arromanches seawall with a view of the sea. Ideally located and beautifully decorated, this accommodation offers the perfect setting for your stay on the Normandy coast.

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service for vacation rentals that truly listens to its guests!

The apartment is perfect for a beach vacation. It features a separate bedroom with a 140cm bed.

In the living room, you can enjoy a moment of peace and relaxation with a breathtaking view of the sea (no TV or Wi-Fi—perfect for a real break). You’ll also find a pull-out bed (160 cm when unfolded—please bring your own sheets); for little adventurers, a single loft bed is also available in this space (linens are provided, but the bed will not be made).

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals:

You’ll also find a dining table where you can enjoy your home-cooked meals.

The apartment’s location is simply perfect. Right outside the building, you can head to the beach for a relaxing day by the water or take a stroll through downtown to explore the area’s charming shops, restaurants, and cafés.

Included: Linens (towels, sheets for the double bed and single bed, dish towels, bath mats). For the pull-out bed, please bring your own bedding.

We provide a starter kit including: a trash bag, sponge, dish soap, and a roll of toilet paper. For the rest of your stay, you’re welcome to purchase more as needed.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

You will be given a set of keys.

Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Please note: there is a roof in front of the windows; under no circumstances should you climb onto it!
