The space: The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and two portable fans, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom and living room are equipped with Smart TVs and have sliding doors leading to the balcony. The kitchen includes a stove, blender, sandwich maker, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and kitchen utensils. From the balcony, we have a view of the pool and Praia Grande beach. We have one parking space available for the tenant.
