The Space:
This villa near Arona sleeps up to 14 guests in total and is ideally suited for large groups of friends or family.

On the lower ground, semi-basement floor of this Arona villa there are two bedrooms, both equipped with 2 double beds. This floor can therefore sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. There is also a small kitchen and bathroom on this floor.

There is then another bedroom on the first floor furnished with a double bed. This bedroom has a mezzanine level above where there is another double bed so again, this room can sleep up to 4 people. There is also a living room, kitchen, dining room, conservatory and WC on this floor along with a separate bathroom with shower and bath. Please note that the conservatory is not heated and is actually not strictly part of the property interior.

There is another mezzanine level in the property which is equipped with a double sofa bed should it be required.

Outside, the villa boasts a small private garden area as well as a private terrace. The views from both areas are incredible stretching 180 degrees up and down the lake.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated in the village of Dagnente which is well placed for exploring Lake Maggiore and the wider Italian Lakes region. It is within a few minutes walk of a popular, traditional trattoria and bar. The village also has a couple of other shops too including a hairdresser and clothing store.
