Welcome to Water`s Edge in the popular Stillwater building at Bridges Bay Resort! This poolside 5-bedroom and 3-bath condo comes with panoramic East Lake Views and a true walk-out to the lakefront right off your deck. Six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark are included with your reservation. Bridges Bay Resort offers two waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children`s play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted with your sweeping lake views. The space offers four guest bedrooms plus a primary bed-suite with on-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The living area provides floor to ceiling windows, modern sofa and loveseat, 2 chairs, fireplace, smart tv and is open to the kitchen and dining areas...making this perfect space for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers a breakfast bar for additional seating. Three full bathrooms offer a walk-in shower and shower/tub combinations. For your added convenience, a washer and dryer with detergent is furnished. The Stillwater outdoor pool is just steps away on the same floor. The Stillwater rooftop is also a guest favorite with amazing views and additional dining and seating options.

The Stillwater provides a dedicated parking lot but there are additional resort parking lots for overflow. Across the street from the resort, there is an additional parking lot dedicated for boat and trailer parking.
Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply with various channels.
This property is professional hosted by, locally owned and operated, Okoboji Vacation Co. were we strive to bring only the best quality experience to our guests including professional linen service. With all Okoboji Vacation Co. properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, concierge services and access to our Host Store. We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available
