Details: Located in the Brooklyn Building at Bridges Bay. This 1486 sq. ft. condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the lake. Sleeps 8 people. 3 bedrooms including a master king bedroom with full bathroom, full-size bunk bedroom, and a queen bed 3rd room. Washer & dryer, along with full kitchen with all utensils provided. Almost 200 sq. ft. outdoor covered deck with a grill & lake view. One elevator in the building for convenience. Free WiFi. Smart TVs with steaming options.

You will have access to all Bridges Bay amenities, including 6 daily passes to Boji Splash indoor waterpark (a $90 value), the beautiful lagoon style outdoor pool with swim-up bar, and another pool just one building away, onsite lakefront restaurants, Bracco & The Waterfront, exercise room, arcade, playground, dock access, plus you are minutes from trails, shopping, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, restaurants, Boondocks convenience store and everything this great vacation area has to offer. Drive or boat to Barefoot Bar or Walk to Many Other Popular Bars Like The Ritz, Beer Can Alley, and Table 316, Captain’s Getaway, The Gardens, Murphy’s, Boji Nights, and Wine Bar and Art on Broadway are all with-in a mile from the resort. I would not recommend this property to anyone. We arrived to a deck that was completely covered in spider webs and dead bugs. I’m talking everything was covered - the chairs, the glass railing, the doors, the grill, and even the broom that we were told by the owner could be used to clean the spiders up with. I understand that there may be bugs/spiders at a lake but this had not been cleaned for weeks. It was disgusting. We were also charged a ridiculous excess cleaning fee after our stay despite following all of their check out rules and leaving the place in great shape. They said it was because we used ALL the blankets in the unit. It was a cold weekend and there were 8 of us so yes we used all blankets that were provided to us in the unit. The owner also said we moved things…which was not true (besides moving all the blankets). The check out time is 10:30 am which is pretty early if you ask me. Save yourself the stress and headache of dealing with this owner and stay elsewhere!

First time to Okaboji

We take our neices and nephew "camping" each year, with recent years utilizing more condos than cabins! We chose Okaboji because family moved to the area, and we wanted to visit them as well. The condo offered a lot of amenities we thought the kids would love. Even though they did not visit the water park, they did use the fitness room and visited the ice cre stand. It qas great for our stay!

Great location and host

The condo itself was clean and well cared for. We had an issue initially with the internet, but she was quick to respond with where the router was and we got it rebooted. The building was under construction, which we didn't know about before arrival. Construction workers were banging around at 7 a.m., which wasn't great but not in the owner's control. Overall, great stay.

Boji Weekend

Excellent location. Living area & kitchen very nice. Balcony full of spider webs & after reading info from owner on balcony being unsafe, we didn’t spend much time on it. Bedroom pillows were all flat. Bedrooms need nightstands on each side, instead of just one. Bedrooms are quiet & you don’t hear outside noises.

It had been years since we stayed at Okoboji. We really enjoyed the condo with beautiful views of the lake. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and the owners were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home!

This property was so comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We typically come in the off season with our young kids for the water park. The price for our stay was an incredible value. Highly recommend!

Girl’s staycation

My daughter and I had a staycation in Okaboji. We attended the WOW event at the expo during the day and just enjoyed an evening of wine and conversation with no husbands or kids. So relaxing.
