This 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo is perfect for your Okoboji getaway!

FYI: The building our condo is in went under a MAJOR construction project in 2023; every unit now has new trim, doors, and all new decks! Because of this, we received some negative reviews because unfortunately, those guests were in the thick of the project (which we were under the impression would be completed before the season started). If you read reviews from the summers before 2023, we typically receive a perfect rating and guests are very happy with their stay. Rest assured, if you book with us for the summer of 2024 and beyond, you will have a great experience! Thank you in advance for trusting us with your vacation!

This property is located at Bridges Bay which includes access to the outdoor pools with a swim-up bar, indoor waterpark (6 passes daily), zip line, park, gym, arcade, and 2 onsite restaurants. We are in the Coronado building on the third floor in unit #300, which is the closest building to all of the amenities!

The popular downtown area is located just a short mile away with a strip of bars, waterfront restaurants, shopping and Arnolds Park! Just down the street is a public boat ramp and there are several spots around the lake you can rent boats, jet skis and other water toys.

The spacious floor plan includes granite countertops in the kitchen with tile backsplash, living room with a stone surrounded fireplace and onsite laundry.

Wonderful mini vacation

Our stay at the condo/resort was great. Check-in was a breeze, the rooms were nice. The main bedroom was large and comfy. My only frustration was the master bed squeaked every time my spouse or I moved in the night so I woke up a lot! But, the pool was fun, location was perfect and an easy drive from our favorite hangs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. (Just would let someone else have the master bed.)

Bridges Bay Condo

Great place to stay with our family (2 adults and 5 kids). The condo is in the building closest to the water park at Bridges Bay, so the location was great for us. The condo was very clean and nice, I think they were just finishing up some renovations, everything looked like new. They brought over a new grill during our stay. We had a few minor issues but the owners were extremely responsive and helpful in clearing up those issues. Great place for families wanting to stay at Bridges Bay, would definitely recommend.

Good place for a family

The condo unit at Bridges Bay was perfect for a family of seven. The Bridges Bay Resort offers lots of amenities for families including a waterpark, zip line, on site fitness center, and on site restaurants. We would definitely book a stay again. The only issue we had was that the windows and balconies were being replaced in the building we were staying in and we were unable to use the balcony. Also, there were construction materials all throughout the building and in the unit making it a little dirty/dusty. There was construction equipment around the building and areas blocked off, making it difficult to get to the dock. I would check with the property manager before booking the unit at this property to confirm the status of construction.

Fun place for a getaway with lots to do for everyone!

It was our first visit to Lake Okoboji & we had a great time. Lots of amenities to enjoy at Bridges Bay resort for all ages. We loved exploring the lake with all the fun restaurants/bars & also the amusement park that you can boat right up to & dock. Our hosts were so awesome, answering questions before we arrived & accommodating all our needs during our stay making it a wonderful vacation for our family.

Condo was a great location and kids had a lot of fun at the water park. Beds were a little too firm for my liking and condos were under construction so couldn’t sit on deck and had to avoid construction materials and crew. But once complete would be a 5-star stay.

Loved Coronado

This place was gorgeous, I didn't want to go home! Perfect sunset views from the balcony. Host provided everything we could have needed! Super close to pool/waterpark. No issues with the gym. Plenty of convenient parking. The check in process at the Waterpark was less than desirable and even on a very slow day we couldn't use it until an hour before they closed for the day. Ziplining was fun.

Great Family Stay

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in Okoboji and this condo was the perfect place for us to stay! The amenities were in great shape and we especially loved the access to the water park that came with our stay. We will certainly be back!
