This Creekside Condo is one of our most popular rentals. It has been well-

maintained and recently upgraded. This condo is perfect for a couple or small

family. The loft offers a queen bed and two twin sleeping pads for children.

The updated kitchen features a new electric range, hood, toaster, coffee

maker, microwave, under cabinet lighting, cooking essentials and opens up to

the living room. The living room offers a thermostatically controlled pellet

stove for extra heat and ambiance. There is a small dining table and

additional seating at the bar which overlooks the kitchen. The bathroom is on

the main level and features a new vanity and is separate from the shower and

toilet. There is a small private, covered deck with a greenbelt that faces the

Bear Valley Lodge pool. Conveniently located near the library and disc golf

course. The condo is a short walk to all village amenities, including the Bear

Valley Adventure Company and gas station, snowmobile shop and village

commercial center.

Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk

beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the

guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge

$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper

accommodations.
