"All staff were super nice. Dinner was fabulous as was the breakfast . Nice atmosphere in the bar. Unfortunately there was an issue with the hot water so unable to have a shower. Definitely be back"

"Communication was very frustrating as despite messaging via Hotels.com (once it had been booked - 3 months before our stay)and then later by a bit of detective work emailing directly. This was just to get details i.e. postcode, info re local places to eat etc, the first communication was at 5.45pm ..."
