"This hotel is in the most scenic location we have stayed in, the staff are really friendly and accommodating the outdoor pool and jacuzzi was fabulous and the onsite restaurant provided some amazing meals.

"Sextantio is a unique experience. You should absolutely go. This is the ultimate experience if you like history and luxury. The rooms have soul and warmth to them, while also being clean and very comfortable. All staff is very kind and service minded."

"Charming hotel near the landmark fountain! Super new and modern room with every detail in place. Large, comfortable bathroom. Quiet. Beautiful breakfast room with generous buffet offerings. Friendly and welcoming."

"Smack bang in the middle of the old town, situated just in the pedestrianised area.
Given the location, there is no parking, but we had no problems finding free parking within a 3 minute walk.
(I'd recommend a car so that you can visit outlying towns / villages/ mountains.)
The hotel does a good continental breakfast between 7 and 10.
L'Aquila has plenty of options for bars, restaurants etc."
