The vast balcony overlooks the Dordogne and the swimming pool.

The landscaped and wooded park is fenced and has an access gate to the Dordogne bank path (pedestrian access to the Biodiversity Reserve, the town center and shops, the fishing area) and a large secure automatic gate for car access.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and is only accessible by a staircase. It is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Allergy sufferers should note that this apartment welcomes dogs and cats.
