The pool is designed with swimming and relaxation in mind: do laps, lounge by the water, keep an eye on the kids without having to raise your voice. The atmosphere is that of a small, private residence where you quickly get to know your fellow guests. What visitors tend to say as they're leaving is that they loved the natural setting, that they truly managed to switch off from work — and that they actually slept through the night.

The location means you can make the most of the coastline without being in the thick of the crowds. Racou beach, the harbour, and the village are all about 5 minutes away, and the estate sits at the foot of the Valmy massif, with direct access to the Albères trails — on foot or by mountain bike. The Côte Vermeille, with its rocky seabeds, is just a short drive away for diving and snorkelling. Beach in the morning, mountains in the afternoon, Catalan villages in the evening — it's all doable in a single day.

The spacious living room is built around a generous convertible corner sofa (extra bed for a 5th guest), facing a 65" Samsung QLED 4K smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave grill and a large fridge-freezer. The bathroom offers an XXL 1×2 m walk-in shower, a stone vanity unit and a backlit mirror. Two bedrooms accommodate 4 guests: a master bedroom with a Simmons 160×200 double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds 90×190. Reversible heat pump with central control throughout the house.

Private garden

The 200 m² outdoor space is fully enclosed and shaded by Mediterranean pines: a large outdoor dining table, sun loungers and a large Mediterranean barbecue. A covered carport completes the setup — handy to park in the shade, store bikes or keep a small boat.
